Mary McRae went to have a weight check at the pediatrician today and we are weighing in at 8lb 14 oz, so there are no worries with the weight gain and how she is feeding. She has gained almost a pound in a week so we are going to more of a schedule rather than when she is hungry, but I am not going to let my baby cry. Ryan and I are not great about taking pictures and maybe its because we are cooped up in the house but we have a few to post to show how big she is getting and how much she is changing. She is definitely more alert when she is awake and doing all the things that she should, turning her head to voices and her reflexes are all still present (the ones that should be). This of course is the therapist coming out in me, I check her tone and all so that we know that she is doing well. She actually is enjoying tummy time and working on holding that head and neck up but we are not there yet.As for sleeping, well....she is doing much better, we are only having one big fit at night rather than two like when we came home and I am hoping that her food will start carrying her longer but I think that we have a while. We have been out for an errand or two but not to germy places and we are taking an afternoon stroll so that mommy gets her some mental break time out of the house.Ryan and I are adjusting fine, we have had our moments but all those not so fun ones are outweighed by the good ones and we are so lucky that we have a healthy, happy baby.

The dogs.....
These are some pictures of the dogs and they are doing well with Mary McRae, they are just not sure why that thing that eats all the food is screaming at. Allie is so concerned about her and wants to be protective and Sassie just hates the noise and goes in the other room. Needless to say, they would love some more attention.
Coming home....

It's a girl.....
After four days of laboring at home and in the hospital, Ryan and I are so proud to announce our sweet precious Mary McRae has arrived. She was born on March 19th at 7:25 am. She weighed 7lb 9oz and 20 3/4 inches. She is healthy and beautiful and doing so well. I am doing great and can not believe the miracles that God blesses us with. She is such a blessing and Ryan and I are so lucky to have received this gift.
Delivery went great and no complications with anything so far. Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we will go home tomorrow.

Just waiting......
Well, Friday was my official last day of work until August. We have Spring Break this week and we are just waiting on the arrival of Baby Farrell. We are getting the last minute things together. Assuming that I have not had the baby, we will go in on Thursday for an ultrasound and appt and we will decide what the baby is doing and how we are doing. I am hoping to go into labor before then, but we will see. Please say your prayers for us as we prepare for the next week that will change our lives forever, Ryan and I are so ready to meet this sweet bundle that has been kicking me for the last 40 weeks!!
