My babies just lounging!!

The dogs were outside the other day just lounging on the deck and I thought that they looked so cute. They are never together for a picture so I thought this one was worth taking!!

Justice was served!

I am finally finished with Jury Duty and could not be happier. Obviously, we are not allowed to talk about the case until a verdict has been reached, and now I am happy to say that we are through and I was released today at 12:00 noon.
Our case was a civil case that involved alot of flooding into the plaintiff's basement so for two and a half days, all I heard about was who is at fault and how much should we pay.

I am happy to serve on the court and I hope that I get to do that again in about 10 years or so...hahahhha

Jury Duty!

Kapi here for the weekly update:
I was summoned for jury duty on Monday the 23rd and after 4 hours of sitting in this room that reminded me of an airport, I was put in a group of 30 and taken to a court. Then after questioning, I was put on a case to hear. I am serving my civic duty and hopefully going to be done soon. Please pray for me as I sit and listen to this case and decide with 11 other people what the heck is going on.

My kids this week!

I am teaching vacation bible school at our church this week and the kids that I have are 4 years old and so funny. I thought that you might enjoy seeing some pics!

Eventful Weekend!

This weekend Ryan and I worked in the yard and on the house all day Saturday because we were co-hosting a neighborhood party on Sunday afternoon. I was cleaning the front two rooms when I saw some neighbors outside looking across the street. I opened the door and was joking but asked them what they were looking at and were they being nosy, to our surprise this is what we saw..........................

Needless to say both of the houses caught on fire and one burned completely but the other only in the back of the house. It was really scary and I am so thankful that no one was hurt!!

Last Day of School !!

Today is the last day of school until August 4th !!
I am so excited. We have so much going on and so busy and we are off this weekend to Memphis for Clint and Ashley's wedding. I will be better about posting when we return.

Last Days of School!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am so sorry that we have been MIA on the blog, Ryan does not really post on it so it is left for me. I am trying to get out of school for the summer and I am just so busy. I hope to get to post more and more this summer as we have some really fun trips planned.

I hope that you all have fun days in May and I am on a count down of 8 days left!!!!
