Can't slow down

So sorry that we have not posted anything exciting for a while, we are so busy with so much stuff!! Ryan and I have been getting the nursery ready (pictures to follow soon), trying to get the house ready, putting baby stuff together, going to doctors appts, etc etc etc.
Ryan and I are getting really excited for Baby Farrell to come into the world. We attended our childbirthing class and it was interesting. It was very informative and we both learned alot!!
We are waiting on the chair that we ordered to come in and then we can really complete the nursery. It is hard to get everything together but everyone assures me that it really does not matter because the baby will be sleeping next to me for the first few weeks anyway.

We will have lots to post in a few weeks, so keep checking

So busy with life.....

Sorry that Ryan and I have not had time to post pictures or anything from Christmas and New Year's but we are swamped with life, work is so busy, working on the nursery, trying to get things ready around the house for this bundle of joy that is about to enter our lives. I didn't think that life could get much busier but it has really gotten crazy, what am I going to do when the baby arrives????

Happy New Years to You all!!

Ryan and I had a fun but low key night last night. I did not think that my body would make it past 9:00 but I was up til 10:00. WOW! That is so late for me right now. We went to some friends house and ate yummy soup and enjoyed their company. We watched the LSU game and then Dick Clark's New Years eve show.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful day and a wonderful new year, Ryan and I are going to get our world rocked this year with the arrival of the baby so we are trying to get prepared now.

Today is the day to start working on the nursery and we are going to get painting and cleaning and taking apart things and getting things into different places. I hope that we get it all done soon.

Christmas

Ryan and I had a great Christmas, we celebrated here with my family on Monday and on Christmas Eve and then we drove to Jackson and celebrated with his family the day after Christmas. We are very lucky and got lots of good things for us and for our new arrival in March.

Ryan and I have had a wonderful Christmas here in Birmingham celebrating with my family and we are off to Jackson for the weekend to celebrate with Ryan's family. We will hopefully get some pictures to post. I wanted to wish each and every one of you that check the blog a Merry Merry Christmas!!

A night out with my boys.....

Most of you know that I keep two boys that I love dearly and would take them in and love them if there Mom would let me have them. Last night Ryan and I took them out to eat and then to the New Bass Pro Shop in Leeds which is huge and took us 2 hours to get through everything. If your husband hunts or fishes, do not let them go in there! You may be there all day. Here are some pictures of the boys shooting at the range and playing on the four wheelers that were for sale outside of the store.

Ryan's saturday project!

Our yard has been covered with leaves like you have never seen and Ryan got in the yard all day on Saturday and raked and got them all up. He worked so hard so that our house would be pretty (at least in the front), the back is still really yucky. Good job Ryan!!
